MCC Teachers...

Our teachers are passionate about providing nurturing care and exciting learning experiences for each child in their care.  They understand that providing children with  safe and developmentally appropriate learning and play environments is the key to future school success for the children.  Our teachers have education directly related to early childhood education and many of years of experience working with young children.

All staff are thoroughly screened with a criminal background check and an FBI fingerprint check before employment and every two years thereafter.

Our teaching staff have a college degree, a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA), or are in the process of receiving one. We understand that well-trained teachers are the cornerstone of a high-quality program for children.

The teachers receive at least 48 clock hours training each year in the areas of curriculum, child development, health and safety, nutrition, discipline and guidance techniques, and other topics related to early care and education of children.
